Neza Safaris Ltd is a Professional Tour Company, based in Rwanda and Uganda, (Kigali-Kampala); specializing in quality tours and safaris in both countries and licensed and incorporated by both states business laws

We emphasize integrity and professionalism in our day to day business both internally and external with our clients.
This is our core and main focus and failure to comply is subject to termination of partnership of work relationship

We value information and hence owe to protect our clients personal and business information for only business purposes

A deposit of 50 % is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days before commencement or arrival to your required destination or acquisition of the service.

If the reservation is made within 45 days of departure the whole amount must be paid at the
time of confirmation

All payments are strictly paid online prior arrival with negotiated exceptions of arrival payments of the agreed balance
Bank transfers are accepted through the bank accounts provided in the footer of this document Please keep in mind that international Bank charges are subject to additional charges that are deducted from the amount sent. These charges can vary from $ 30 to $ 50, so please make sure this amount is covered on your side when sending the payment, so that full payment is received

All cancellations must be received in writing by email or official letter. As all suppliers charge cancellation fees, they are in turn passed on to us.

Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in number of occupancy are subject to cancellation and no-show fees.

• 10% if cancellation is more than 45 days prior to arrival
• 50% if canceled between 34 and 15 days prior to arrival
• 100% if canceled 14 days and 24hours prior to arrival

All our prices are inclusive of current Government taxes, Should the government increase or institute new taxes, Neza Safaris Ltd Limited reserve the right to increase or add it in this
