Day 2: ROAD TRIP MURCHISON FALLS N. P VIA ZIWA RHINO SANCTUARY

Depart Kampala very early for Murchison Falls National Park:

- En-route to Masindi 3 hours’ drive out of Kampala, take a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track
Rhinos before proceeding to the National Park.
Upon entrance into the park, visit the top of the falls; here you will spot a permanent rainbow right from the top. The view is rewarding as it explains why Murchison Falls features on many travellers’ bucket lists.

Day 3: GAME DRIVE AND LAUNCH CRUISE ON THE NILE
After an early breakfast, you will have a game drive through the delta circuit, reputably known for high concentrations of wildlife. This 4-5 hour game drive will reward you with stunning views of the savannah and other plant vegetation of the acacia and Borassus palm trees propagated by elephants all the way from
Congo. Later on, drive back to the lodge and enjoy your lunch. In the afternoon go for a launch cruise on the Nile; offering you a chance to experience a variety of wildlife as you enjoy the stunning views along the world’s longest river. In addition to taking you close to the base of the waterfall, the 3-hour launch trip follows a stretch of the Nile with a compelling African atmosphere.
Game viewing is excellent where you will expect;

Day 4: MURCHISON FALLS TO KIBALE NATIONAL PARK
Journey time: 6 – 7 Hrs
Depart early for Kibale National Park with your lunch stopover (optional) in Hoima. Kibale National Park has one of the loveliest and most varied tracts of tropical rain forest in Uganda. Forest cover, interspersed with patches of grassland and swamp, dominates the northern and central parts of the park on an elevated plateau. Upon your arrival, you will drive straight to your Lodge and recuperate from the long journey.

Day 5: EXPLORE KIBALE NATIONAL PARK’
On this day you will take part in Chimpanzee tracking where you will have an exclusive experience of the chimps plus many more primates which include but not limited to the following; Ugandan Mangabey, red-tailed monkeys, de brazza’s monkey, red colobus monkey, black & white colobus monkey, blue monkeys, baboons and many more varied types of primates Thereafter, return to your lodge for lunch In the afternoon,

Day 6: KIBALE TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Journey time: 2-3 Hrs
After your breakfast enjoy a leisurely morning, and later at about 10:30 am start off your journey to ‘’a medley of wonders’’. On arrival after a stopover at the equator, you will check into your lodge for lunch and refreshments. In the evening have a sundowner in the wilderness and a game drive.

Day 7: EXPLORE QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Start off the day with a tasty breakfast and then get deeper into the highlights of this amazing park. Dawn Game Drive; explore the park’s flora and fauna to include elusive bird species and a wide variety of animals like elephants, buffaloes, hippos, impalas, waterbucks, Kobs, warthogs and many more. Don’t miss out on the scenic views of the crater lakes like Nyamunuka which is medicinal to the animals. Katwe Community; Interact with the people and share cultural experiences where you will learn about salt mining by the local means from Lake Katwe. After here, return to your lodge for lunch.
Launch cruise; this is the main activity after lunch where you will spot a number of birds like; the African fish eagle, pelicans, flamingos, Hammerkop, egrets, the African finfoot, pied kingfishers, marabou storks, vultures, kites and many more, together with animals like hippos, buffalos, warthogs, crocodiles, waterbucks and more as most of them visit water and cool off.

Day 8: TRAVEL TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK VIA ISHASHA SECTOR
Journey time: 4 – 5 Hrs
After breakfast and a leisurely morning, you will have a transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through the Southerly Ishasha Sector. Tree climbing lions; this is the most captivating experience in Ishasha, thus its popularity in the entire national park. Tree climbing lions that reside up in the acacia and fig trees are spotted hanging up in the trees, as they try to avoid tsetse fly and other ground insects’ bites, and they usually enjoy their prey high up in the trees. You will have a picnic lunch near R. Ishasha and thereafter proceed with your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, arriving in the afternoon.

Day 9: GORILLA TRACKING DAY WITH OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for briefing at exactly 8:00 am and tracking will commence in the next 30 min after registration and briefing by the ranger guides. Gorilla tracking is a very captivating and unforgettable experience which more than repays the effort needed to reach Bwindi. This starts at 8:30 am and can last a few hours to a whole day depending on where the gorillas were left the previous day. After gorilla tracking, return to your lodge and have your lunch. In the afternoon you may opt for a community tour (optional) where you will meet and interact with the indigenous mountain people (BATWA); learn about their way of life such as; hunting skills, medicinal
knowledge, child upbringing, cuisines, art and crafts and many more interesting aspects.

Day 10: SCENIC JOURNEY TO THE MAGICAL LAKE BUNYONYI
Journey time: 2 – 3 Hrs
After checking out of your Lodge, start off your journey to the beautiful Lake Bunyonyi. Upon arrival get to your lodge, check-in and enjoy your lunch. Then after lunch enjoy a community/nature walk with visits to;
- The terraced gardens at Lake Bunyonyi as you hike.
- Birding is awesome here, explore the unique birds of this pristine area.
- Bakora cave & the Abaheesi (traditional Blacksmiths)
- Visit a local market, homesteads & local schools around Lake Bunyonyi.
- Crafts are also there to purchase as souvenirs in support of the community’s development programs.

Day 11: EXPLORE BUNYONYI TO LAKE MBURO N. PARK
Journey time: 3 – 4 Hrs
After breakfast, you will get involved in yet another adventurous experience which includes:
- Dug-out canoeing; explore the 29 Islands of Lake Bunyonyi together with guided nature walks.
- Visit the historical Islands of Akampene (punishment Island), Bwama & Njubeera Island (Sharp’s
Island)
Return to your lodge for lunch and refreshment followed by a check out. Then immediately start off your
journey to Lake Mburo National Park.

Day 12: GAME DRIVE AND BOAT CRUISE IN LAKE MBURO
Early in the morning after breakfast, you will go for your game drive in the woodland acacia. Expect a variety of flora and fauna which includes zebras, Roth’s child giraffes, elephants, elands, warthogs, topis, Kobs and by chance some leopards. Visit the salt licks and watch animals licking natural salt to supplement their diet while at a viewing platform.
After lunch, take a boat cruise that will take you close to the rich flora and fauna of Lake Mburo. And along the shores, you will spot a variety of animals that come to water and cool off, thus suitable during the afternoon. Optional activities. Horse riding, cycling, walking safari among others. Day 14: KAMPALA HALF DAY CITY TOUR & DEPARTURE

On this final day of your safari, enjoy a brief tour of Kampala city with visits to; the highlights of the city such as the Buganda palace, Uganda museum, Nakasero market, all the historical monuments, the largest craft village and temples. You will later be transferred to Entebbe International Airport to check in for your flight.
